Want to know how much sex you should be having? This video will show you how much sex in healthy in a relationship (the answer may surprise you!).

How much sex should we be having in our relationship?

What’s the normal amount of sex to have in a relationship?

What amount of sex is the minimum required amount to have?

Is there such a thing as having too much sex?

This number of times we should have sex question is seriously the most frequently asked question that we get!

It’s true, and if you were curious about more answers to questions like this, make sure you subscribe to our channel, and hit the bell to be notified every time we put out a new video.

By the end of this video, not only will you have the answer to this frequently asked question, but we’re gonna give you access to a tool to have a conversation with your partner about this, only if you want.

Our clients don’t have to ask that question anymore, due to their understanding of it, and neither will you. So, let’s answer that question. How many times should you be having sex to have a good relationship?

Surprise, there’s no number!

Nope, while we’d love to tell you that if you have sex three times a week, you’ll be together forever and happy in a relationship, that’s just not the truth, and we’d be doing you a disservice by saying it.

I’ve seen couples in my practice that have sex once every three months that are just as happy as couples that have sex twice a day.

And those are extremes, of course, but the most important thing to do is to ask yourself how often you’d like to have sex in your relationship.

Then, once you know your answer, then you can ask your partner.

And then, you can have a conversation, or have sex.

So we wanna know, have you ever had a conversation with your partner about your frequently preferences?

Let us know by putting yes or no in the comments. This is just another reason to understand why communication in a relationship is so important. For more information on that, make sure to check out our video on how to communicate effectively in your relationship, for even more tips you can use.

Stop comparing yourself to other people. And stop comparing your relationship to other people’s relationships!

Yeah, it’s not about their happiness, it’s about your happiness!

Yours! Okay, so now you need to know that you need to look within to figure out what you want first. Then, you’ve gotta stop comparing yourself to other people. And then it’s time to have a conversation with your partner. But how do you do that? Don’t worry, we got you covered.

We have communication scripts for you. The link is below. We officially challenge you to talk to your partner about this in the next three days. Do you accept this challenge, are you ready for it? If so, put challenge accepted in the comments below, and we’ll make sure to check in with you in three days.
